Fawico’s mission is to enable individuals, families, and organizations with assets to make sound financial decisions by providing a clear and comprehensive overview of their current wealth situation. This includes real estate, loans, cryptocurrencies, mobility assets, commodities, entrepreneurial investments, insurance, valuables, and other asset classes.

As an independent consulting company, we combine strategic thinking with a strong focus on transparency, structure, and long-term value preservation. Who we are

Roger Fahrbach

Born in Swakopmund, Namibia, in 1966

Roger Fahrbach began his career after completing sales training at Hoechst in Wiesbaden, Germany, followed by a Master’s degree in Optometry in Frankfurt and Munich. He then successfully launched his first business, establishing a strong foundation in entrepreneurship and management.

Building on this experience, Roger became a business angel, supporting entrepreneurs with expertise in innovation and entrepreneurial strategy.

For the past 15 years, his main focus has been on private asset and wealth management, private equity, and angel investing.

Beate Fahrbach

Born in Munich, Germany, in 1979

Beate Fahrbach holds a Master’s degree in Education and Psychology from Munich and an MBA from Liverpool, UK. She gained early international experience working with teams at Adecco, Heidrick & Struggles, and GE, and founded her first company in 2005.

Over the past 20 years, Beate has developed deep expertise in project management and HR.

Together

We have successfully completed projects for small and medium-sized companies (SMEs), non-governmental organizations (NGOs), and leading companies, including GE, Siemens, Fresenius, Baxter, Asklepios, and Mediclinic.
